3rd Annual Hicksville High Rollers Casino Night Dear Friends, September 30, 2009 I am writing to inform you of an upcoming event being hosted by the Hicksville-Jericho
Rotary Club and the Hicksville Chamber of Commerce. Over the years these two
organizations have worked hard to support and improve the lives of all of us in the
Hicksville area. The clubs are once again joining forces to co-host the 3rd Annual
“Hicksville High Rollers Casino Night.” This year we will honor Charles I. Montana, Jr., long-time resident and President of
Montana Agency, Inc. and Montana Associates. Charlie will be recognized as a
community member who lives the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self.” The event will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Knights of Columbus
Joseph Barry Council 2520 Hall at 45 Heitz Place, Hicksville N.Y. from 6:00 p.m. to
11:00 p.m. The proceeds raised from this event will be used to support each
organization’s annual college scholarship programs. We are appealing to the community to support this worthwhile event and have several
ways for you to help: · Become a sponsor – Numerous opportunities are available. Please
complete and submit the attached sponsorship form by October 31, 2009. -
Be a prize contributor for our Auction - you can help by contributing
items or services to be raffled at the close of gambling. All prizes will be
prominently displayed that evening with donor acknowledgements.
Arrangements can be made for donation pick-ups as needed. -
Join us for a night of fun and excitement by purchasing tickets for our
event. The cost is $65.00 per person and includes an open bar; buffet dinner
and $200.00 funny money to be used at our casino tables. Winnings will be
converted into chances to win fabulous raffle prizes. Tickets may be
purchased by sending a check to the Hicksville-Jericho Rotary Club, P.O. Box
435, Hicksville, NY 11802. Please note: Attendees who do not pre-register
